Sparxxx takes a step back from the identity politics of past work. "Heat it Up" and "Ms. New Booty" are dance floor anthems thanks to Bubba's misogynistic sound bites and production via Mr. Collipark. And while Sparxxx does dumb it down for these singles, the ironically-titled "Ain't Life Grand" and "That Man" proves that blue-collar melancholy is still his forte.
