Could this film's soundtrack be the first one graced by his purpleness, i.e. Prince, since 1989's Batman? His "The Song of the Heart" kicks off the album with the kind of happy-go-lucky R&B that makes you want to play stickball in a Brooklyn alley. Brittany Murphy's "Somebody to Love" (not the Jefferson Airplane song), will make you wonder why she doesn't sing and record gospel when she's not acting (she's really that good). Jason Mraz mashes up an eerie version of Steve Miller's "The Joker" with '70s soft rock band Bread's "Everything I Own."
